Terms and Conditions – Vedic Travel
By booking with Vedic Travel, you accept the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment:
- A minimum 50% advance is required to confirm any fixed or customized pilgrimage.
- Full payment must be cleared 15 days before the journey date.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Cards, or Wallets.
2. Itinerary Changes:
- We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, darshan restrictions, or government regulations while ensuring the spiritual essence remains intact.
- Major temple closures or natural calamities are beyond our control.
3. Traveler Responsibility:
- Valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport) is mandatory.
- Respect temple dress codes and local customs during the yatra.
- Any damage to property or misbehavior may lead to termination of services without refund.
4. Liability:
We act only as facilitators. Vedic Travel shall not be responsible for:
- Flight/train delays or cancellations or vehicle malfunctions.
- Loss/theft of belongings.
- Health issues or accidents (travel insurance is mandatory and can be purchased through us).
5. Force Majeure:
No liability in case of war, riots, natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns, pandemics, or government restrictions.
6. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
