Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that you plan your yatras with utmost devotion, but we also understand that plans can change. Hence, we have made our refund and cancellation policy as easy and clear as walking on the cake. It is as per the following:

| 30 – 44 days | 25% of total package cost |
| 15 – 29 days | 50% of total package cost |
| 8 – 14 days | 75% of total package cost |
| 0 – 7 Days | 100% Non-Refundable |
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Special Cases:
- Restricted-area tours (e.g., Kailash Mansarovar, Chardham by helicopter) follow stricter policies as per permits & operators – usually 100% non-refundable after permit issuance.

Flight/train tickets & helicopter tickets booked are non-refundable as per airline/operator rules.
Cancellation by Vedic Travel:
If we cancel a trip due to low participation or unavoidable circumstances:
- 100% Refund, or
- Free transfer to any future batch of equal or higher value (valid for 12 months)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days period.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
